Family medicine · Founder · Pronouns: she/her

Hana founded Riverbend in 2005 after eight years in a hospital system that scheduled twelve-minute visits. She built the practice she'd want to be a patient at — generous time, plain language, and a phone that gets answered.

Her clinical interests are chronic-disease management and women's health. She's board-certified in family medicine, served on the OHSU clinical faculty for eight years, and speaks English and Japanese.
