Before your first visit.

Your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of current medications (including doses and supplements), and any records from a previous primary-care provider if you have them. Don't worry if you can't track those down — we'll work with what you have.
First visits run an hour. Routine follow-ups are 30 minutes. Quick sick visits or telehealth check-ins are usually 15–20 minutes. We don't double-book — when you're scheduled, the room and the clinician are yours.
Yes — most patients have a primary clinician they see by default. The whole team has access to your chart, so if your usual clinician isn't available the day you need something, you're not starting over.
Yes, for follow-up visits, prescription renewals, mental-health check-ins, and many sick visits where a physical exam isn't required. We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform — no app to install.
After 5 PM and on weekends, calls roll to a triage nurse line staffed by registered nurses who have access to our notes. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
Yes, including Medicare Advantage plans through BlueCross, Aetna, Providence, and Kaiser. Call us with your plan details and we'll confirm in-network status before your visit.
